Ohana Hideaway is a private residence within the serene Biscayne gated community just minutes from the Galveston Ferry landing. The home sits on a third of an acre on a 3-home cul de sac just steps from the private beach access boardwalk to Crystal Beach. At the rear of the property is a lovely pond and 350-acre bird sanctuary, creating a wonderful backdrop for nature lovers and bird watchers. It's a great place for beach fun during the day and peaceful sunsets and stargazing at night. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths: - Primary Bedroom (upstairs) has a king bed and a twin daybed, with ensuite bath (tub/shower combo, two vanities) and 43" smart TV. - Full Bedroom (upstairs) has two full beds, with ensuite bath (shower, single vanity) and 43" smart TV. - Queen Bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed with 43" smart TV. - Bunk Bedroom (downstairs) has two twin beds with a 43" smart TV. The downstairs Queen and Bunk Bedrooms share a large hallway bath (tub/shower combo, single vanity, extensive storage with laundry room). Additional sleeping accommodations include a pullout couch with a queen mattress. Ohana Hideaway has amenities galore, including: - Ocean and pond views from the expansive wraparound deck. - Pet friendly, with grassy fenced area for your puppers, dog bowls and toys, and a kennel to keep your companion safe and secure while you explore. - Tiki bar with 65" smart TV to enjoy a beverage and catch the game after a busy day at the beach. - Hammock for that mid-afternoon nap beside the pond with the ocean breezes blowing. - Beach accessories, such as chairs, sandcastle kit, boogie boards, and paddle boards. - On-site activities, such as board games and cornhole. - Charcoal grill for firing up today's catch. - Tons of outdoor seating, including 3 sun loungers, 3 picnic tables, 4 Polywood bar height chairs with pub tables, and 6 custom made wood deck chairs. Limitations: We are not responsible for the safety of children while on property. Use toys, bunk beds, play pens, and high chairs at your own risk. The Biscayne beach community has specific community rules: 1. The hours for quiet time in the Biscayne start at 12:00 AM. Please keep noise and music down after this time so that it doesn't disturb another property owner. 2. All pets must be on a leash while in public areas of the Biscayne. 3. Because of street congestion, renters must park vehicles on the property owner's private property and not on other's private property. Any damages to properties will result in charges for the repair of those damages. Towing will be enforced if parked on private property or the road is blocked or impassable. 4. As a reminder, the dunes are protected and are not to be entered from either beachside or interior property side. Please use crossovers only. 5. Illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. 6. For everyone's safety, everyone driving a motorized vehicle in the Biscayne must have a valid driver's license. Please keep the speed limit to 20 mph. 7. Due to fire hazards, aerial fireworks are not allowed in the Biscayne. Fireworks are allowed on the beach. 8. Any guest that damages Biscayne property such as ponds, crossovers or the front gate or ruts private property shall be assessed the cost of repairs. 9. Because of our local wildlife, trash should be bagged and secured in the provided cans only. Please do not leave any trash outside of cans.
